Mental Health Promoter - Older People
Marie is a member of the northern region mental health promotion team; older people and their carers are her main focus. Facilitating training workshops, lobbying local government, working with DHBs, Accident Compensation Corporation, Auckland City libraries and a network of others, she promotes positive ageing through the medium of radio and, in partnership with Age Concern, works to improve the wellbeing of older people.
